It would appear to be yet another healthcare business that serves people. We are a people business that serves healthcare. Our core business is about people. The mission is to coordinate and provide high-quality, accessible, and continuous healthcare and support for the health needs of all individuals and their families in the communities we serve including underserved and disadvantaged populations through the integration of outstanding, patient-centered care, education, research, and partnerships aimed at exceeding patient expectations.
Vision
The broad vision is to become the first line of defense for all community members’ physical, social, psychological, and spiritual health needs. When faced with health and wellness questions and situations, we will be the premier choice to effect solutions either by direct patient care, coordinating care, or creating solutions through partnerships and research. The aim is for primary care that patients can count on right around the corner from their homes. We will be trusted by patients, valued partners in the community, and effect positive change.
