The Barleti Medical Group is the commercial arm of Barleti University in the healthcare arena in Albania. To be successful, the Barleti Medical Group has taken a three-pronged approach focusing on academics, research, and clinical services and products. Each component is equally important so that patient care will be fully integrated with the latest industrial standards and practices, backed by science, delivered by experts, and sustainable due to its commitment to teaching the next generation of clinicians. The Barleti Medical Group leads six divisions, each separate entity but part of the same umbrella organization.

The mission is to coordinate and provide high-quality, accessible, and continuous healthcare and support for the health needs of all individuals and their families in the communities we serve including underserved and disadvantaged populations through the integration of outstanding, patient-centered care, education, research, and partnerships aimed at exceeding patient expectations.

The broad vision is to become the first line of defense for all community members’ health needs including physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs. When faced with health and wellness questions and situations, we will be the premier choice to effect solutions by direct patient care, coordinating care, or creating solutions through partnerships and research. The aim is for primary care patients can count on right around the corner from their homes. We will be trusted by patients, valued partners in the community, and effect positive change.

All team members are expected to be experts in their positions. Clinicians should give patients appropriate and timely advice. Not only are we educated in our fields and have sufficient experience, but we also continuously seek out new knowledge and experiences that serve to develop our expertise so that we will provide the latest and most innovative medical services throughout the country. We also routinely and collectively improve our work.
